Starting to roll in

Squash. I love them and they produce. It’s a great combination. I’ve had squash with breakfast the last three days. Sliced up and lightly pan fried, this morning with a little soy sauce. Then two backyard fried eggs over the top. Over medium of course. So good. I used to weigh the harvest but now I just enjoy it.
