There has been a lot that has happened since the last time I posted anything here.
A LOT.
Unfortunately I am going to leave it at that. Just know that God’s vision and timing for your life and future are a lot more important than your own. Most of what happens in life is beyond your control.
The hard part is accepting that this is not a bad thing.
Mainly because the One who inhabits eternity, the One who knows the end from the beginning, He is something that we are not. He is GOOD. Not only that, but I can trust him, no matter what. That’s something I teach kids all of the time, “I can trust God no matter what.” Unfortunately it isn’t as easy as it sounds and in fact sometimes, it’s really, really tough.
Granted the crazy isn’t over.
In some cases, the crazy has just begun.
In all aspects of life 2014 could very well be an entire year of crazy.
Can’t think of a better reason to get back out in the garden and get my hands dirty.

Well hi there 😊 That is the strangest thing – I was not give minutes ago working away at work and wondering, (not for the first time) where one of my blogging family had got to (that be you). Nice to see you back.
I sense you’ve had some struggles to work through. God has a plan – not to worry.
Gardening? I’m not so much under the polar ice cap – but lots of snow so far this year. Still – all the garden catalogues arrived in December – and yep – jumped right on it and ordered all of my seeds for this spring. Plans for expansion definitely – I’ve more seeds than space.
Looking forward to some warm Arizona pictures of happy plants.
Hopefully I’ll get some up soon. Did some cleanup this weekend but nearly as much as I needed to do. It’s nice to be missed. Thanks! 🙂
Tis cold damp weather that keeps me from my garden just now. I have done all I can to ready it for spring, now I can only wait.
I do have chilli and tomato seeds in a propagator on the kitchen window sill though 🙂

Buried under the white stuff and won’t see green grass for two to three months.
Well, no white stuff, but no green grass for me either. Too much hassle. I do love the look of the over seeded rye grass though, it’s nice and dark.
Snow is deep here as well. Onions in unheated green house did not freeze completely, during the -F faze. Enjoying going through the seed catalogs & planning expansion. Starting to plant under lights this week. Hang in there 🙂 — spring is just around the corner
Good times. Seed starting is the best. I have a couple going but need to get the mass plantings done. -F doesn’t sound like a good phase at all. We are wimps here. We complain if there is ice on the windshield in the morning. 70s during the day. 🙂

No ice here, but we are in the midst of a heatwave, and the garden is surviving…just. I dread our next water bill!

Hi Keith. I am so pleased to see you are back. I am so crazy busy in the garden. I have just spent a week undoing the neglect caused to the garden from the Festive season and subsequent summer holiday, and now I have to begin processing mountains of produce.
The garden is a great place to find peace, I hope you find it there.
