Will this be the first pepper of the season? I hope so. I can taste the spicy pickled peppers that my family loves now. Hopefully this one and others will mature to something edible. We’ve had some poaching of first fruits this season. A squirrel. A gopher. Maybe other things. Hard to say. I’ve got measures in place to take out the pests but so far I have not been successful. Lord, please bless the garden, that it may bring forth fruit for my family.
